DESCRIPTION:The SunSmart WA Bodyboarding Titles are more than just a showcase of the best amateur riders in the state\, they provide a great opportunity to represent WA at a national level; a chance for the legends and up and comers of the Western Australian bodyboarding community to reunite and educate a new breed of grommets about the strong link between the sport\, the culture of our nation and our relationship with the land. \nWest Australia has produced many high profile bodyboarders including the likes of Ryan Hardy\, Sean Virtue\, Brad Hughes\, Joe Jordanoff\, and not to mention the iconic Tension Crew. The future of bodyboarding within the state is looking great\, with the constant emergence of new talent and support of companies who are committed to the development of the sport at every level. \nToday bodyboarding is a key facet of the national surfing scene and remains integral to both the history and traditions of the surfing culture both here in Australia and world wide. \n\nConditions\n\nAll competitors must be current 2019 Surfing WA members to be eligible to compete. \n‘Under Age’ Divisions – Competitors must be under the age specified as of 31st December 2019. \n‘Over Age’ Divisions – Competitors must be of age as of 1st January 2019. \nNo refunds will be given within 48 hours of competition starting. \nAll competitors must ensure their boards meet the competitive standards outlined in the 2019 Surfing Australia rulebook. \nBodyboard competitors can compete in MULTIPLE divisions at State Titles & TWO division at National Titles. \n\n\n\n\n\nDivision\nPrice\n\n\n\n\nDrop Knee Bodyboard\n$77.00\n\n\nOver 45 Men Bodyboard\n$0.00\n\n\nOver 35 Men Bodyboard\n$77.00\n\n\nUnder 14 Boys Bodyboard\n$77.00\n\n\nUnder 16 Boys Bodyboard\n$77.00\n\n\nUnder 18 Boys Bodyboard\n$77.00\n\n\nUnder 21 Pro Junior Bodyboard\n$77.00\n\n\nOpen Women Bodyboard\n$77.00\n\n\nOpen Men Bodyboard\n$77.00\n\n\n\n\nEntries open on Monday 4th March at 9am. \nFor more information\, please visit https://www.surfingaustralia.com/states/wa/events/2019-sunsmart-wa-bodyboard-titles-margaret-river
